Appointment Policy

Veterinary Eye Center is a referral-only practice.  Please discuss with your primary veterinarian if ophthalmology care may be an appropriate treatment option for your pet.

We see patients by appointment.  We are also available to consult with veterinarians for urgent cases.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. While your animal may be friendly, others in our building may not be.  We require that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.

Patient Arrival Policy

Please fill out your forms that we emailed to you (or as found under Client Forms) and arrive before your appointment time. 

When you have a scheduled appointment, a block of time has been reserved for your pet.  Please be on time for your appointment.  If you arrive later than your scheduled appointment time, please understand that your pet will be seen after those patients who arrived on time out of respect to the clients scheduled after your time slot.  If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your pet may be seen as a work-in or your appointment may be rescheduled.  Work-in patients are seen when we have a time slot open and that could be seen with no delay or minutes to hours later.  

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash and Care Credit.
